  • 25 May 2017: Background, status and practical impact of the Common Reporting Standard

In this morning session, Zach Lichtblau, Partner of Bonnard Lawson International Law Firm and YU Weili, Chinese CPA & CTA of Orient Best will provide an update on the Common Reporting Standard. CRS is a new standard for the exchange of client information between banks in many jurisdictions around the world (including China and Hong Kong) and their respective tax authorities, which is complimented by tighter collaboration between tax jurisdictions worldwide (automatic exchange of information).
